FAQ's Your questions answered

1 – How often should I see a dentist?

For people with healthy teeth, once a year is sufficient. For people with not so healthy teeth or who don’t take care of their teeth as recommended, we suggest a visit at least every six months.

4 – How can I maintain good oral health?

You can maintain a healthy mouth if you practice regular oral hygiene (teeth and tongue) at specific times of the day.
Proper brushing technique is essential, and regular visits to your dentist can help you in this regard.
Your dentist is not only there to examine you, but to guide you by teaching you proper hygiene techniques for practicing at home and maintaining good oral health.

5 – Why do gums bleed?

The main cause is doubtlessly tartar; however, some systematic illnesses or hormonal variations (in women) can lead to gingivitis or even periodontitis. For additional information click on our Periodontal Illnesses link.
